Responsibilities
Marketing Manager | App | Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase user acquisition and retention.
● Facilitate communication and collaboration between multiple teams to achieve marketing goals.
● Utilize various marketing channels such as Google Ads and Meta campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement.
● Oversee the creative process of developing marketing assets and ensuring they align with the overall strategy.
● Take ownership of mobile marketing analytics and attribution to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
● Report on key performance indicators to track progress and optimize campaigns.
● Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize performance.
● Have a strong understanding of data and how to set up tracking to gain insights.
● Exhibit leadership qualities and collaborate effectively with team members.
● Identify and implement new ideas and strategies to drive business growth
Requirements:
● A minimum of 3 years to 4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on mobile/app marketing and user acquisition.
● Experience with Google Ads and Meta campaigns, with a proven track record of achieving marketing objectives.
● Strong analytical skills and experience with mobile marketing analytics and attribution, with knowledge of Appsflyer preferred.
● A solid understanding of data and experience setting up tracking to gain insights into user behavior.
● Experience leading cross-functional teams and working collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals.
● Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate communication between teams from different cultures and time zones.
● Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth.
● A high level of ownership, proactivity, and adaptability to changing circumstances.
● Fluent in English, with additional fluency in Hindi and/or German being a plus.

A Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing
strategies & campaigns to promote and sell brand’s products. He/She will manage various
channels like social media networks, Google Ads, website content and email marketing to
deliver a convincing marketing message for our audience. Perform market research,
strategize and create content for marketing campaigns to maximize their effectiveness.
Professional Qualification: Min. requirement Postgraduate/Masters in Media & Mass
Communication, Digital Marketing or Fashion Media Communication
Experience: Minimum 4 years
Responsibilities
● Design, build and stimulate our social media presence
● Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across
multiple channels and deep understanding of consumer behaviour both national &
international.
● Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners, plan and execute all digital
marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display
advertising campaigns
● Responsibility of providing accurate reports of their marketing campaigns to
demonstrate the effectiveness of specific campaigns. Measuring ROI and reporting on
the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
● Brainstorm new and creative promotion strategies, Identify trends and insights, and
optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Requirements and skills
● BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
● Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database,
email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
● Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital
campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
● Knowledge of website analytics.
● Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
● Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
● Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
● Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and
measurement.
