Checklist prior sending an email for Job opportunity
Matter –
There are a lot of discussions about no revert to application, no TAT ( turn around time for processing), and no post submission communications. We hear this through various social media, calls, emails, etc.
Few reasons why we or any other recruiter/employer fails to process applications or reply:
No subjects in most of the job application emails, for us who receive more than 100+ applications daily it’s difficult to revert to all of them.
No information in the email body
May openings are closed
Resume format in PDF, XPS, or JPG format so the system cannot search internal skills.

Please mention profile/concern in the subject so that it grabs the eyeball or recruiters
Please mention basic details in the email body like you location, your CTC, expected CTC, reason for the change, notice period, skills, etc
